Shipping & Returns


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Handling times may take 1 - 4 business days, while transit times generally take 2-3 business days depending on their final destination.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Free shipping will be provided for orders of $150 and over.

Tracking numbers for all shipments will be provided via the sites order platform. 

Holiday shipping times will increase by 2-3 days during November and December.


Items may not be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.  All items sold with a title of "cosmetic damage" are final.

In case you did receive a damaged item, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your refund request once we receive it (10 to 15 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note, perishable items cannot be returned under any circumstance. In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect shipment we may replace the item in question and ask you to discard the original.
